- First Installment Due June 4th, 2012
- Second Installment Due September 4th, 2012
- Payments can be made at the following local banks:
American Eagle, Associated Bank, BMO Harris Bank, First Community Bank, First American Bank, First Federal Savings Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Kane County Teachers Credit Union, Old Second Bank Corp, St. Charles Bank & Trust, THE National Bank and West Suburban Bank

Elgin Township is now assisting seniors with completing and notarizing the Senior Assessment Freeze application. Seniors may visit our office anytime between 8am and 4pm for assistance with these forms. Our office is located at 729 S. Mclean Blvd. Suite 100, Elgin, IL. Please bring:
- Your 2011 Federal 1040 form
- Your current Drivers License or State Identification Card
- The 2012 Senior Assessment Freeze Application
