TRIAD  TRIAD is a partnership which involves Elgin Township, community seniors, law enforcement(sheriff/police), and support/protective services who agree to work together to: *Reduce the criminal victimization of the older citizens and enhances the delivery of services to this population. *Provides the opportunity for an exchange of information between law enforcement support services and senior citizens. *It focuses on reducing unwarranted fear of crime and improving the quality of life for seniors. Annual TRIAD events include: *March          - “Fun Event Speaker” - The Centre of Elgin-Heritage Ball Room *April             - Spring Senior Safety Academy - Elgin Township Building *July              - Annual TRIAD picnic *September - Senior Vehicle Safety Check - Elgin Township Building *October       - Fall Senior Safety Academy - Elgin Township Building *November  - Medicare Changes Seminar - The Centre of Elgin - Heritage Ball Room Addresses: The Centre of Elgin - 100 Symphony Way (Downtown Elgin), Elgin Elgin Township Building - 729 S.
